if you’re waiting in that long line, and you’re wondering about this restaurant .. GO. their food is AMAZING. birria tacos are bomb. consomme is bomb. and the staff is really nice and friendly. when comparing to the food truck, it is just as good in my opinion. not the exact same, tacos are a bit less crispy/fried, i think the consomme and horchata is MUCH better here. flavor profile almost exactly the same though. really good food !!! also, you can deliver on uber eats if you’re too far away from their location. they were super friendly and helpful with making sure i got the birria tacos even though it’s not listed on uber eats (**i ordered the steak because it’s the same price and left a note**) you just have to call / leave a note on the order & they will hook you up!

Great hole in the wall resturant! It's much nicer on the inside than the outside. Heads up, most of the workers speak spanish primarily, so ask for an englush speaker if you call. They are also cash only, but they do have an atm. The food was amazing. The green sauce was really spicy, it tore up my guts. Definitely reccomend the barria tacos.

If I could give it more stars, I would. The birria tacos were incredible, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had an outstanding dining experience. Their warmth and professionalism truly enhanced our meal. Highly recommend!

Update: they have raised their prices a bit. it is still so worth it. their salsa is delicious and unique. their platters with guac, rice, beans, cactus are as good as you could ask for (and the entrees I've had have been very good). atmosphere is very bright and cheery, with friendly workers. I'm very lucky to have them as my neighborhood Mexican restaurant. really good birria tacos and burritos. prices are good. cash only

Great food and friendly service. I eat a mostly vegetarian diet but occasionally eat meat on special occasions or when I get to try new cultural foods. I have been hearing about tacos de birria for some time and finally had them here. They were delicious, as promised. My wife enjoyed the chilaquiles.

Found this small place online. The portions were fair and everything was tasty and filling. We ordered the birria tacos which had a solid amount of filling. We also got the carne asada and carnitas which came with a side of corn tortillas. The carne asada was very well seasoned. Lastly, we also got the enchiladas in the red sauce because we were told it was spicy and wow, it was great! Probably our favorite among the dishes but they were all delicious. The horchata is extremely refreshing. The service was good and the place is simple and clean. Will definitely go again. The place is cash only.

1/13/25...take out for my son’s birthday...thank you for our favorite birria tacos. 7/8/23... This is my go to place for queso birria tacos. One of my favorite places to get them. They are delicious! My first time trying this restaurant and I'm happy to have visited. The place is small, clean and bright. The hostess so very nice. I did a take out order. I tried the birria tacos and the chicken and chorizo burritos. The birria tacos were excellent. They had so much flavor and the consomme was one of the best I have had. The burritos were tasty and very filling. Would definitely order the birria tacos again!
